Call for Research: Malingering Assessments

Share your opinion on malingering assessments and get $5!

The University of Manitoba, Canada requests participation in an online survey analyzing clinicians’ perceptions and beliefs surrounding malingering assessments, and how procedures change when examining individuals with diverse backgrounds.

  • The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete, and responses will be confidential.
  • The survey will contain a vignette that will take approximately 10 minutes to read.

Each participant will receive a $5 gift card honorarium after completing the survey. The Research Ethics Board at the University of Manitoba on the Fort Garry campus has approved this study (HE2025-0271).

Participation Requirements

  1. A licensed psychologist practicing in the USA or Canada Working in the field of psychology and law or forensic mental health services; and 
  2. Have completed two or more malingering assessments in the past year.
