Beginning Thursday, April 16, 2026, join Dr. Lindsey Ricciardi and Dariya Smith, LCSWI to earn 6 CE's in (including Cultural Competency/Diversity Equity and Inclusion) from 6 to 7:15 pm each Thursday through May 14, 2026, in person or via Zoom. 

This is a course you won't forget! Learn the history of our culture's obsession with thinness, how BMI came to be in every medical chart, and why weight stigma and anti-fatness are on the rise and cause serious harm. Professionally and personally, this course will challenge how you think about bodies, weight, food, and health. Inclusive, non-stigmatizing approaches to health will be presented.
