2019 Outstanding Advocacy Award Winner Michelle Paul, Ph.D. and William O'Donohue, Ph.D. were recognized for their collaborative efforts to initiate and advocate for Senate Bill 162 in the 2017 Legislative Session, You led the way in training in integrated care by psychology students in FQHCs in Reno. Without their early and diligent efforts to work with Mike Wilden, Chuck Duarte and Heidi Gansert, SB 162 would never have been drafted. Anthony Papa, Ph.D. was recognized for his collaborative efforts to initiate and advocate for Senate Bill 162 in the 2017 Legislative Session. Dr. Papa had recently stepped down as the UNR program’s DCT and became UNR’s Training Clinical Co-Director and a member of the State of Nevada Board of Psychological Examiners.
