3. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase

5. You will automatically be registered for each CE workshop that is included in the bundle
6. The CE bundle applies to live in-person or live virtual CE workshops only, pre-recorded homestudy CEs do not apply
7. Co-sponsorships are exempt from the CE bundle. All events are marked to indicate whether they are included in the CE bundle
