NPA recognizes that our Nevada community will be affected by these events and the ongoing crisis in different ways. At the same time, as psychologists, we frequently serve as guides in mediating conflict, modeling respectful dialogue, and aiding and comforting people in need. Many of us will need to draw on those skills and that expertise int he weeks to come, while also managing our own emotions.
